Jackpot City has a variety of funding options so you can easily make a deposit. Select from:

You can make a deposit transaction when you log into your Jackpot City account.

• Navigate to your My Account tab (top left)
• Select the Deposit Funds option
• Select the deposit method you want to use
• Follow the prompts

If you used an instant deposit method and the deposit was successful, click on the Cash button on the top left hand side of your Jackpot City account to refresh your balance. If the amount is not reflecting in your account, there could be a connection failure between the Bank and Jackpot City. In this case, you will be required to contact us to provide the PDF proof of deposit to our Support Team to escalate this matter for you. This can be done over Live Chat or Send Email Please bear in mind that this may take up to 48 hours.

• Log into your Jackpot City account

• Select the Withdraw Funds option
• Complete the withdrawal process by providing us with your bank account details
• Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click “Proceed”
• Please note that, should we not have all your documentation up front, that our City Agents will contact you to get any outstanding FICA-related information for verification.

If we have all the required documentation in place then any withdrawal method should be met within minutes to an hour. However, various factors e.g. delays in technology functioning as it should, all documentation checking out etc may require a manual recon before payments are made . . . even then, 99% of the time you will not wait longer than 24 business hours.

All bonuses are usually subject to wagering requirements in order to cash-out. A wagering requirement is the number of times you have to play-through a bonus before you can withdraw winnings. E.g. A 100% match bonus gives you R100 if you Deposit R100, You now have R200 to play with. To cash out – you will need to meet the playthrough requirement:

• Often that playthrough multiplier is set at 30X (on slots)
